John O'Neill, President
As the President of the brokerage division, John has the responsibility of overseeing all corporate employee benefits relationships and growth for an array of benefits from fully and self insured medical plans to Health Saving Accounts.John began his career as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley where he stayed for four years. He later joined Principal Financial Group as a Senior Representative in the Employee Benefits division. During his career, John has achieved his Certified Financial Planner designation along with his Retirement Plan Associate from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently lives in West Chester with his wife and four children where he very active in the community. John loves coaching his children in Tball and Basketball. Joe Mantione, Service Team Manager
Joe is responsible for orchestrating our services to the clients. He is actively overseeing from enrollment to cobra services. His role is alway expanding kept active with the new changing legislative laws.He is a graduate of the Catholic University in Washington, D.C.. Joe began his career in the Army as the first seat French Horn player in one of the national bands. Later he joined a leading information system company and ran a large service team. He joined O'Neill back in 2003 and has been a vital component of our success ever since.1560 Old York rd.
